The apartment is located in downtown Santiago. It has all the necessary road interconnection qualities to move you where you need to go while being located in a heritage neighborhood of great architectural beauty. It is located just a few minutes from three metro stations, minibus stops and airport transportation. It is also very close to the train station and bus terminals that go to the coast, north and south of Chile. The space The place has all the mystique of an old neighborhood. The apartment is very spacious, cozy and has everything you need to make it comfortable and pleasant to stay here. We offer everything you need to stay in complete comfort: common rest areas with a nice view of Santiago, a private room, a bathroom with everything you need, a kitchen and Wi-Fi. Please note that there are stairs inside the apartment. Guest access I seek to offer you the services you need and the comfort you seek in complete freedom for your schedules and views in Santiago. That's why freedom in our apartment is absolute as long as the facilities are used responsibly. During your stay I live in the apartment with other temporary travelers visiting Santiago. Some come for work, to study, on vacation, to go to the snow or Easter Island. It will be a pleasure to give you recommendations on what to see and where to go. Other things to note The apartment is in a strategic point in downtown Santiago. During the day there is university life mixed with traditional neighborhood life and at night it becomes a very quiet place which added to the great night view of Santiago offered by the apartment, the feeling of home comfort is assured. Newly remodeled kitchen with gas countertop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, thermo air fryer with always hot water and washer/dryer. Newly remodeled bathroom with new shower, furniture, lighting and decor. In the living room there is a large and comfortable armchair from which to see Santiago, or if you wish, you can watch the 4K TV. NOTE: I live at home with Helena (cat) and Dominga (dog) whom you can see in the last two photos of the ad. They are very loving but if you have allergies or are simply uncomfortable with animals or their smells, this is not the best place for you ;) Rules: 1. Take off your shoes when you get home. 2. No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
