Surrounded by the Atlantic forest next to a stream, with everything you need to have incredible moments! The house is in a quiet location but a 5-minute walk to Vila beach. Boats leave from there to the Ilha das Couves and there is easy access to the Praia da Fazenda, which, along with the river that flows into the sea, is part of the Serra do Mar State Park. The space The village of Picinguaba is part of the Serra do Mar State Park, the house is in a quiet and peaceful place, so we ask that you do not play loud music. The house does not have parking, but there is the possibility of parking the car on the street or paying for parking. Due to the Atlantic forest, there is a greater risk of the presence of native insects, so bring a good repellent. The house is prepared to receive 8 guests. There is air conditioning in only one bedroom, but all bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. There is a gourmet space with a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven with all the utensils. Also close to Paraty, after the Rio de Janeiro border, there is access to the quilombo and Camburi beach and the Campinho quilombo.
