Cozy and warm… Fully furnished & fully equipped kitchen; One bedroom has a Queen and other has a two twins, plus a comfortable loft with a double futon. The space the Yurt is fully furnished and equipped with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two twins - plus sleeping loft with double futon. *Full bathroom with tub+shower and private washer/dryer *Use of shared outdoor 4 person hot tub; short trail thru woods (Guidelines must be adhered to in order to enjoy the hot tub!) *Nearby historic sites, gold panning, dog mushing, natural hot springs, arctic cultural events, river or ice fishing, ice sculptures, and lots more! Owner is a long-time resident and retired teacher with plenty of local knowledge and suggestions *The adjacent second yurt and separately listed log house next door offer an option for larger groups/events. Four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive is needed during the winter months (Sept-April) An alpine getaway…and only a short drive from downtown Fairbanks! Guest access *Must be 21+ to make a reservation. *NO parties or events! In consideration of all other on-site guests and neighbors, booked guest count will be strictly enforced at all times. *The Hot Tub (4-person limit) is shared. Usage and/or scheduling guidelines must be followed as listed in the Guest Handbook. Guidelines must be adhered to in order to avoid additional cleaning fees. *Don't see your dates?
