Luxury Gated Community- Pool/Tennis 5 min to beach

WELCOME AND Bon Bini to Aruba!!! Our home is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to relax on the beautiful island of Aruba. Located in a great neighborhood, you will have access to a newly built clubhouse which boasts a phenomenal restaurant, several pools, tennis courts and a large fitness studio. Lovely beach with cabanas and awesome snorkeling and kitesurfing is minutes away. Five minute drive and you are in the center of town. Golf and spa is right across the street. The space When you first enter our home, it will feel like a true Caribbean dream. Its first floor is spacious and has a large kitchen and a living room with a nook. Make your favorite meals - the kitchen has all of the necessary kitchen pots, pans, utensils, a cappuccino machine, and a butcher block for serious meat lovers. Living room has a large dining table that can sit 6 people comfortably, but we prefer to eat breakfast outside on the patio. Couch is extremely comfortable and pulls out to a queen size bed. An additional nook is connected to the living room where you can indulge yourself to more privacy and read your favorite book. A small half bath and a laundry closet is right there next to the nook. Enter the patio from either set of sliding double doors and you will feel a constant Aruban trade wind. The patio has a nice grill with radiant heat, a large table and a comfortable couch where you can gaze at the stars and listen to the palm branches trembling from the breeze at night. Go back into the house and take the stairs to the second floor. Look up and you will notice a beautiful crystal chandelier in the hallway. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with beautiful furniture and new mattresses. King sized bed in the master bedroom, a large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, storage cabinets and a combination safe. It's balcony faces the villas and you can occasionally see the Caribbean Sea horizon from it. Master bath is beautifully appointed with floor to ceiling tile and a nice shower. Enter the guest bedroom. It is smaller and has a queen size bed, but is quite cozy and comfortable. It's balcony faces the patio with beautiful palm trees that we planted 7 years ago. All bedrooms have TVs, separate A/C units and really cool led ceiling lights. Walk out of the guest bedroom and you will face the guest bathroom. It also features floor to ceiling tile and a very large shower which makes it easy to wash your children and white sand after a day at the nearby Arashi beach. Our development is beautiful with a number of community pools. The main one is at the clubhouse which was just recently completed and boasts amenities such a bar, restaurant, fitness center and a beautiful pool. There is another pool by the development entrance where you can enjoy your morning or afternoon, grill your favorite meats and vegetables. But the real gem is a small pool about 150 feet from our patio. It's very private, has a grill and cabanas and is a perfect place to be away from the noise of the Palm Beach. Guest access Gym and clubhouse pool are open during the clubhouse open hours, but the other two pools are open 24/7. It is a gated community and you will feel very safe strolling around the neighborhood. Aruba in general is a very safe island. Other things to note We offer turn-down service and daily cleaning upon request at an additional charge. Water and Electricity are very expensive on the island. Please be mindful and conserve both! When you leave the house for an extended time period, please turn off A/C units. We allow 300KWh per week for electric usage, which is reasonable usage. Any amount over this usage will incur a USD $0.23/KWh.
