Apartment 406 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay – 24/7 security, easy elevator access, and retractable insect screens so you can enjoy fresh air and stunning sunsets from your private balcony. 🛏 Master Bedroom The spacious master bedroom (183 ft² / 17 m²) is your cozy retreat, featuring a king-size bed, blackout shades for light and temperature control, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a hot shower and LED-lit mirror. 🛋 Second Bedroom The second bedroom (107 ft² / 10 m²) is wonderfully versatile, with a full-size Murphy bed that folds into a sofa, a sliding-door closet, an adjustable desk, and blackout shades for added comfort. 🛋 Living Room Relax in the living room, which includes a dining table, an L-shaped pull-out sofa, an adjustable coffee table, and bookshelves filled with multilingual books. To help keep it peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, the community has a few simple guidelines (standard across residential complexes in Costa Rica): 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any shared spaces (Costa Rican Law 9028). Violations may result in fines and the cancellation of your reservation. 🛂 Guest registration required To ensure smooth entry, every registered guest must provide a photo of a valid ID (passport for tourists, national ID for Costa Rican residents) before arrival. Each guest will then receive a QR code for access. Show your QR code along with your ID at the gate to receive your access wristband. 🚫 External visitors Visitors not listed in your reservation are not allowed inside the community. Please ensure your reservation reflects the total number of guests from the start. 🐾 Pet-friendly environment Pets are considered part of the family here. You may see residents walking their dogs or visiting the on-site dog parks. While the community strives to remain peaceful, occasional barking may occur. If a pet becomes excessively noisy, the administration may be notified. Your host may ask for a brief description and photo to assist with reporting. 🚗 Private parking Please park head-out and only in your designated private parking space. Avoid blocking other vehicles or access points. 🛒 Shopping carts Shopping carts are available to help transport groceries. Kindly return them to their original location (either on the parking levels or in the cart room on the first floor) after use. 🔇 Respect quiet hours Avoid loud activities in common areas and maintain a respectful atmosphere at all times.
