The Sky House is a well built modern home with high ceilings. We have high speed internet with many different streaming services for music, TV or movies. The large open space is perfect if you are coming to vacation or work, and our WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the house. We stand out from other vacation rentals providing many amenities. Included in this list are a full size desk with a sky view, indoor and outdoor dining (spacious covered deck), Washer/Dryer, Landscaping, and FANTASTIC VIEWS. Our bedding includes Mattress Covers, cotton sheets, Quilts, and throw blankets. Plenty of dinnerware, Stemware, Stainless Steel/Ceramic pots and pans, Crock Pot, Mixing Bowls, Baking Pans, Utensils, tea kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder and Pantry. You can throw dinner on the barbecue and enjoy the view while cooking. You will receive the code upon check-in, and will have private access to the whole house, excluding the garage and a couple closets. I will be nearby so I am available upon request for any needs or guidance. Otherwise, I like to honor our guests privacy. Uber is available in the area. NO ANIMALS allowed in the Sky House; bringing an animal on to the property will result in forfeiture of the security damage deposit and the rental agreement may terminate. (Due to animal hair sensitivity, this includes service animals.) This is a non-smoking home, any smoking must be outside, ashes and butts must be placed in the proper receptacles. Additional guests without prior approval will be charged at a rate of $48 per person per night. There are no outdoor fires or fireworks allowed. Vehicles: Please let us know if you are bringing more than one vehicle. Trailers and motor homes are not allowed unless approved in advance by the owner. Noise: Please be kind to the neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
