A charming colonial house restored keeping its original style. This paradisiacal place has history, culture, costums and unique gastronomy in the world. It was born as a family project. The owners will take care of you, your safety and wellbeing. With us you will feel that family warmth. Its a big house with a courtyard, ample rooms with windows and fans, views to the volcanoes, different lounge areas, a dinning area with chimney, a modern and colonial kitchen with a dome and a chimney. Lovely. The space The house was designed by my ancestors and it has incredible colonial details like the chimney with unique details which gives you comfort during winter and humid days, the bay windows with sculpted wrought iron infront of the beautiful courtyard and outside the facade. Also the dome in the kitchen and the chimney inside the kitchen. Theres a colonial cupboard built in a wall, which is Spanish-Moorish architecture style, quite eyecatching. In the rooms the headboards of the beds are carved antique doors from the colonial times. We are close to La Merced, 3 blocks from the Santa Calina Arch and 6 blocks from the main plaza. Our guests love the family ambiance. Come surprise yourself. Guest access In our accommodations we have lounge areas in the corridors where you can sit to read a book, the kitchen where you can keep your food and cook a meal specially if you are away from home for too long or if you prefer we can cook a beautiful meal for you. The second floor lounge area and barbecue area. The dining room with the chimney. We also have other charming dining areas in the courtyard and patio with a jungle-lish atmosphere. We have trained and qualified staff to help you with anything you need so you can have a restful experience. During your stay We do love to interact with our guests not disturbing their privacy and give them all the information they need. At the lobby theres also info about tours and all activities in town. We are always available for our guests. Currently due to Covid-19 its important for us to wear a mask and keep the distance. We want to protect our guests and the company and be responsible. The goal of our company is that our guests feel safe, peaceful and pleased with their stay at our villa. We want to follow the protocols to serve our guests. Because we are aware everybody's life matters. Other things to note Non smoking inside the residence; its prohibited by the law so you can only smoke outside. Drinking is allowed with no inappropiate behaviour. Loud noise after 11 pm is not allowed for a restful night for you and other guests. Also if you have any emergencies we have a doctor on call.
