The En-Suite is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, close to the common areas. The property has 48 m² of private area, accommodating up to 4 people, regardless of age, first floor, facing the main structure, with a view of the Kids area. The location of Villas do Pratagy is km 10, BR 101, AL Norte, Pescaria. The proximity to the city's waterfront, shopping, supermarket, water park and other attractions make the location strategic for unforgettable experiences. Come and enjoy this Paradise! The space The studio space has the following facilities for your best comfort: Queen-size bed, double bed, sofa, bathroom, air-conditioning, hammock, clothesline, chairs on the balcony, Smart TV, private internet, Wi-Fi in the common areas, wardrobes, kitchen equipped with cooktop, table with chairs, minibar, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, household utensils, electric iron and hair dryer. It has a structure for the preparation of small meals, as well as bed linen, bath and cleaning of the unit before check-in. Guest access The Guest has access to the entire structure of the Resort. We have parking on site, without pre-determined spaces, with 24-hour Concierge, as well as access to transportation such as Uber to the Concierge and public transportation, with a stop at the access road to the Resort. In the common areas, we have swimming pools, a restaurant, children's area, sun loungers, tennis courts and sand soccer, and a huge outdoor green area. Other things to note I usually welcome my guests!! If there is a mismatch of schedules or any unavailability, the key will be delivered to the Concierge, with the appropriate IDs of the guests and the vehicle!! Access is more feasible with private transportation, taxi or Uber. There is public transportation available, but you need to climb the access slope to the Resort.
