You will have access to it through Av. 38, which is considered the most beautiful in PDC, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping malls We know how important it is for you to break the routine, so the studio is fully equipped and adapted to your needs, we have 2 bicycles at no additional cost to go for a ride, we are the best option for an unforgettable vacation. The space Our priority is your comfort, so the studio is a cozy, safe and comfortable space that has a balcony, equipped kitchen, cooking accessories, full bathroom, bath and pool towels, air conditioning, fan, private wifi and SmartTv. Vacations are the most important time of the year, which is why we strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Guest access The entrance to the building is autonomous through the main door by means of a magnetic secure door that guarantees the security of the building, it works by means of an access code that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival and once inside the building you must go to the second floor where the studio is located, which also works by means of a smart lock with a valid code for the time of your stay. If at any time during your stay you have any difficulty with the operation of the aforementioned, rest assured that you will have assistance from me and my collaborators. During your stay Our chat is open 24/7 for any questions, clarifications, recommendations or inconveniences that may arise during your stay. Rest assured that, just like you, I want your stay to be pleasant. That said, I will always be available for anything I can do to help make your stay a good one. Likewise, if you need transportation from the airport to the studio, within Playa del Carmen or tourist attractions near it, I make my services available at an extra cost. (Ask about our promotions and additional service) Other things to note On the top floor of the building you can access the comfortable Roof Garden area and the pool area to cool off in this pleasant heat as well as the lounge chairs, as a plus to the stay I make the barbecue available if you want to prepare a roast. At the bottom of the building we have private parking with an electric gate (The parking lot has 3 places which are subject to availability, the remote control of the gate is inside the studio) and for your convenience 24/7 security.
