Cabin w/ 310 ft of private beach, Swans Island, ME

900 square foot cabin on 4 wooded acres with 310 feet of private ocean beach on Swans Island, Maine. Sleeps 5. Two small rooms with 1 double bed each on main floor. Loft bedroom w/ 1 queen & 1 twin. Cabin has half bath & separate bathhouse with washer and dryer. 45 minute ferry ride from Mount Desert Island, home of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We have a 7 night minimum stay, Sat-sat. Rents May 15-Sept. 15. The space Our beach is a child's paradise at low tide with numerous tidepools and endless options of exploration. Smooth, protected cove with beautiful sunsets and harbor views. Swans Island is home to some of the best sea kayaking in the world. Cabin is at end of 1.5 mile narrow improved rocky road. 4WD not necessary but high clearance vehicle recommended Other things to note We are now renting to all out of state residents as well as folks from Maine!
