We strongly recommend checking lake levels on the LCRA website (Lake Travis – Mansfield) before your trip. ILT Main Boat Ramp: Open only when lake levels are between 666’ MSL and 679’ MSL Closes above 679’ MSL (flooding) Closes below 666’ MSL (access limitations) ILT Low Water Ramp: Open only when lake levels are between 643’ MSL and 658’ MSL Becomes visible below 661’ MSL Best access below 658’ MSL Closes below 643’ MSL Important: When lake levels are between 658’ MSL and 666’ MSL, both ramps are closed When lake levels fall below 643’ MSL, both ramps are closed All launches are at your own risk During closures, alternative public ramps must be used Boat slip rental may be available upon request, depending on lake levels and availability. Everything has been completely remodeled and outfitted with the best! The tub was specially ordered and it is... AMAZING! The walk in shower is also very high end and oh so nice! The kitchen and dining areas have tons of space for the whole gang to hang out and enjoy themselves. Then the TV's.... all are 4K Ultra HD and wow do they look nice!
