Newly completed in 2020, the Tiny Art House is the product of my passion and drive for creating. Everything inside (and out) is either hand painted, sculpted or refinished. As a local artist, I’m excited to be a BNB host and thrilled to invite you for a stay. Traveling is my hobby. Kindness is my religion. The space The Tiny Art House is a 200 Square space with a colorful and artsy vibe. Its just minutes away from shops, local breweries, McGeorge School of Law, the Golden 1 Center and bustling midtown. The UC Davis Med Center is but a few skips away, too. My goal is to give each guest a great lodging experience. I can only hope that part of this is achieved through art and the unique, cozy space I've worked hard to create. Please Note: Regular yard maintenance is scheduled once a week between the hours of 4 and 6pm. A maintenance person may be in the backyard area during this time. The indoor space is also rather small and cozy. Please be ready for tiny! Be mindful of water usage. Like the art displayed in the home? It’s also available for purchase! Please do not sit on the lifeguard chair - it is decorative only. Other things to note There are 24/7 external security cameras. Smile! Everything in the tiny house is small; including the hot water heater. Please Limit hot showers to 5 minutes per person. Please do not sit on the outdoor lifeguard chair. It is decorative only.
