Studio with 36 sq. meters, equipped, in a prime location in Jardins on the 15th floor of a flat Hotel. We are surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes, very close to Av Paulista, Sh. Jardim Paulista, Sh Pamplona, Trianon-Masp Station, Casper Libero, FGV, MASP and the charming Oscar Freire Street. The building's common area features a fitness center, sauna, swimming pool, and valet parking. Bed and bath linens will be changed weekly. Daily housekeeping. NO SMOKING 🚭 INSIDE THE APARTMENT! The space We have professionals at the reception who speak English and Spanish 24 hours a day. The cleaning will be done by the housekeeper 3 times a week. Bed and bath linens will be changed once a week. If the guest wants to change towels before the deadline or wants extra towels, there will be an extra charge. Guest access Guests will be able to use the rooftop pool and enjoy a super nice view in the late afternoons. We also have a sauna and fitness center in the common areas. Breakfast and hotel laundry service are not included in our daily rates, but guests can contract the service privately directly with the reception. Other things to note Only guests and companions duly authorized by me will be allowed to enter. Unauthorized persons will not be allowed to enter and stay, and if you want to receive an extra companion, please consult me in advance.
