We are 100 meters from Quito's largest park, a 5-minute walk from the city's best shopping area, and a 15-minute walk from the Iñaquito Metro station. A 5-minute walk will take you to supermarkets, organic shops, bars, restaurants, fruit shops The space All the furniture in the rooms is new. The rooms have queen size mattresses and a private bathroom. The guest will have their room with a private bathroom and can put a lock on their room. Towels, bed sheets, and soap are provided. The shower is electric and will have hot water. The room has a queen-size bed, with bedding and an additional blanket can be provided; a large closet with drawers and clothes hooks where you can comfortably store your clothes and luggage; there is also a table, chair and lamp where you can work with the computer. The guest will have full access to the shared areas, which are: living room, kitchen, laundry room, garden and terrace. The kitchen is very well-equipped. There are condiments that guests can use. It is also organized so that each guest has a place to put their food. There is hot water to wash dishes and pots. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of the city and the mountains. I have tables and chairs for this, and you can also sunbathe. The washing machine can be used for free. Guests must have their own detergent. In order not to disturb other guests, the hours of use are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In the mornings you will hear the birds because you are very close to the park and the neighbor's rooster. In the garden you can see hummingbirds that enjoy the flowers and although you will enjoy the tranquility you are very close to restaurants, bus lines, shopping malls and the Quito Metro stop. Guest access Guests have full access to common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, gardens, terrace, laundry) 5 minutes away you have restaurants (Mexican, national, Asian, and seafood), a mini market, organic produce, fruit shops, a bar with craft beer, and bakeries. 100 meters away is the entrance to one of the largest parks (forests) in Quito, entrance on Guanguiltagua Street 200 meters away there are 2 bus lines (Catar and Guadalajara) that will take you to the north and center of the city, also 1km away is the Ecovia bus line, which crosses much of the city from north to south and a 15-minute walk away is the Quito Metro, the IÑAQUITO stop that will take you in 12 minutes to the Historic Center (Cultural Heritage of Humanity, it is the largest and best preserved Historic Center in the world), also from the IÑAQUITO stop you will arrive in 35 minutes to the Quitumbe Transport Terminal from where you can take a bus to any part of the country. 1 km away is a large supermarket (Megamaxi), cinemas (Supercines) and Shopping Center (Quicentro) The great advantage of my accommodation is that it is quiet, safe and walking distance to everything. During your stay I love interacting with guests, giving them information, tips, they can contact me through the app or phone. I am always available for any questions or needs my guests may have, and if they wish, they can go with me to walk in the woods, go for a walk, or cook. Other things to note Guests can ask me to arrange transportation from the airport to the house or from the house to the airport, for a cost of $20. In the city you can get around by public transport, but if you want a taxi, 100 meters from the house there is a safe taxi cooperative, or in the country the Uber and Didi apps work. As in every city in the world, when you use public transportation, you have to be aware of your belongings, and in Quito at night it is better to use transportation apps.
