Long term stays only Our home is located in the heart of Shoreline in a mature, quiet neighborhood. Great for guests that would like to use public transportation. We are a 5-10 min walk to major bus routes to downtown Seattle. Driveway parking is available for guests that have their own vehicles. Our private room is ideal for the single traveler The Private Room is quiet comfortable and features a full size bed, clean linens and duvet, fresh towels, nightstand, reading lamp, desk and chair. The Bathroom is not attached but is directly across the bedroom. It is designated for guests only and may be shared with other house guests that might be staying in the house. Guests have access the living area, dining area, kitchen and washer/dryer. Washer and dryer is available for guest use, but guests need to provide their own detergent/fabric softener. My husband and I live in the neighborhood, just a couple of blocks away and are always happy to chat if we're around. I work full time and my husband is semi-retired and is always happy to help. The best way to contact us is through Airbnb messaging. My daughter in law, Tiffany, helps us co-host our listings and responds to all messages as quickly as possible. We will respect your privacy and know you will respect ours. Our mature neighborhood is quiet and calm. Very close to schools, coffee shops, dining, grocery stores and bus lines. Easy access to main highways and freeways by car. If you have your own vehicle getting around is very easy. Trips to downtown Seattle are usually between 20-40 minutes depending on the time of day. Bus stops are close by and easy to walk to. Routes: -331 & 304 are 1-2 blocks away -Rapid E Line about 8 min walk, takes you directly to downtown Seattle Our home has 2 other rooms listed on Airbnb. You will most likely see other guests. We ask all of our guests to be considerate of one another and to be respectful of their surroundings. Please note: the wifi is ideal for use such as email, social media and watching Netflix, although it can be slow. There is one security camera placed outside pointing towards the front door and walkway. There are NO cameras in private places such as bedrooms or bathrooms. No devices will be recording for the duration of your stay.
