The space LOCATION This space is located in the Paraguaçu Building, which is on Rua Novecentos e cinquenta e um, number Forty-one. It is about a two-minute walk from Shopping Atlântico and a three-minute walk to the sandy beach. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has three large bedrooms and a smaller one after the kitchen. The space has three bathrooms. In total, we have three double beds and a queen bed. We provide basic bedding (elastic sheet, top sheet and pillows with pillowcase) and one bath towel per guest. We offer a duvet for each bed and a microfiber blanket for each single bed, ensuring your maximum comfort. AIR CONDITIONING In total there are four air conditioners, one in each larger bedroom and one in the living room. In the smaller bedroom there is a fan. CONNECTIVITY 25Mb wifi internet and the apartment's own. Living and dining room: The apartment has a room with two environments, a living room and a dining room, with access to the balcony. There is a protective screen on the balcony and the bedroom windows are of the tilting type, safe by their very nature. GARAGE A private parking space that can accommodate vans. If necessary, my team can direct you to private parking near the building. Note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to use more than one hot shower at the same time. If you arrive after 9 p.m., you will only be able to enter the apartment from 9 a.m. the next day and check out by 10 a.m. It is possible to check the availability of early check-in one day before the day of your arrival. ____________________ CHECK-OUT TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m. and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ PETS: This apartment is small pet-friendly and they are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds. During your stay, it is essential to keep your pet's waste clean and, at checkout, make sure that no waste remains on the premises.
