I own/represent a timeshare in the Ritz Carlton Club in St. Thomas ViI. It is a beautiful resort and rooms go for over $1500 a night. This is a stunning, luxurious and beautiful 2 BR Ocean View unit. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities except those that are paid are available to you. PLEASE note there is no cancellation. I respond very quickly! The space Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-6) Paradise has been found in this 1627 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach. Come experience the ULTIMATE in LUXURY and RELAXATION at The Ritz Carlton Club residences. While staying in the residences, you will have access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort, as well as those at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel (except the club level). These amenities include, but are not limited to - 4 restaurants, daily housekeeping, concierge & grocery shopping services, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 beaches, complimentary use of pool/beach chairs & towels, pool & resort games, childrens wading pool, fitness center, spa, and complimentary high speed wi-fi throughout the resort for those who are working or attending school remotely. For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals and the recently added hotel waterslide pool. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for these two amenities. Here on this five star resort property, you can do as little or as much as you want, making it the perfect vacation for everyone in your family/party. Curl up with a book on one of the 3 balconies overlooking the turquoise waters, or take your book/tablet/laptop to one of the beaches or pools. Want to rent a boat and go out on the water? No problem, you can be picked up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see the island, but there's so much to see and do right at the Ritz Carlton resort that you don't have to leave. Some of the best snorkeling can be found right off the beaches. The Ritz Carlton St. Thomas has all the amenities you could ask for in an ultra-luxurious vacation. Your villa has a fully equipped kitchen, new SS appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar and dining area. The concierge will even contact you before your trip so they can stock your cabinets with your requested groceries. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony, as well as a large balcony off the living room overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $200 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.
