Take over famed Ventana al Atlantico, the most popular boutique villa on the coast of Arecibo. This listing is for the 5 front apartments of the villa, and enough beds for up to 16 guests. The other 5 rooms are closed to allow your group privacy. Each room has A/C, a kitchen, private bathroom and some even have a balcony. Your group will love the large infinity pool, and the amazing ocean views, and the sandy coast just in front of the property. Other things to note Upon booking you are aware of the pandemic and its challenges. A positive COVID test by you, one of your guests, a friend or a family member will not allow you to cancel without penalty. We are pet friendly, each pet will incur an additional fee of $45. Events are allowed but will incur an additional fee depending on the event size. Each guest above the 16 allowed within the listing price will incur a $25 per day fee, regardless of whether or not they spend the night. The use of the facilities is enough to justify this cost as we are a private villa, not a public space. There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the property, including the pool area.
