This is a spacious 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house with a swimming pool that is located in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees. Besides squirrels and regular birds, we've been visited by big owls and sandhill cranes that give you the feeling of not leaving the relaxing lanai. We offer free Wi-Fi internet. The space Primary Bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom and access to pool area. 2nd bedroom has a King bed and smart TV. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and smart TV. Both guests' bedrooms share a bathroom. The pool and hot tub can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day, 2 nights minimum. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. There is a car in the garage, but you are more than welcome to park on the driveway. No more than 3 cars on our property.
