The house is located in the La Juanita seaside resort, 3 km from José Ignacio, in a quiet setting 6 blocks from the beach. The best area to practice sports such as surfing, kite surfing, horseback riding and beach walks. Full of peace and quiet for true enjoyment. ELECTRICITY COSTS ARE CHARGED SEPARATELY. THE METER IS READ AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. MINIMUM STAY 3 DAYS In the first half of January we have a minimum of 10 days. The space 2-story house with a double-height living room. Double bedroom on mezzanine with air conditioning and bedroom for 2 on the ground floor with air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and garden view.
