The house is in the Kailua condominium in Geriba. Next to the Policlínica de Búzios (hospital), shops and Praia da Tartaruga. It has a private pool in addition to the condominium pool. It has a barbecue grill and all the barbecue utensils. It also has all the bed linen and towels. It is also 10 minutes from Rua das Pedras (downtown Búzios). The house comfortably accommodates 8 guests. But with the extra beds, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. We recommend 8 for extreme comfort. The space The house has a barbecue area with a beer cooler. (Gourmet balcony) is a private pool with whirlpool. The condominium has swimming pools, a game room, barbecue area, kids' space, sauna and soccer field. Plus parking for several cars. We allow pets. Guest access The Condominium has a large pool, jacuzzi, football field, sauna, barbecue area, game room, and children's playground. It has 24-hour security and a doorman. Other things to note * Water and electricity are not included in the price. Your consumption will be measured and charged separately at the end of your stay. Important! * Bed linens are not included in the price. If you would like bed linens, please request them. You will pay a separate amount charged before your stay. Important! * Pool heating is charged per day. If you wish, please request 24 hours before your stay. Amount charged separately before your stay. Important! * You will be welcomed by our caretaker who can buy items such as bread, water, charcoal and meat. To do so, ask the housekeeper (Onezimo) for help. He will do the shopping but you must send the money by pix and the list 24 hours before your stay. * It's a very good house. That until recently I didn't rent. I had a very happy time there. Very good condominium and the location is great. Everything is close. The barbecue balcony and pool are the coolest places in the house. * The house accommodates 10 guests in its beds and 2 more in the extra bed. *We accept pets without size restrictions. A fee of R$250.00 is charged (this fee does not cover damage caused by animals, which will be charged to your security deposit if they occur).
