You will be staying in the same space where I live: simple, cozy, clean, organized and quiet. The guest room is private, has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe with an exclusive part for the guest's use and a desk for study. Ideal for those who come for work, studies, research and require a quiet, safe place. For each room stay, I only receive one person. I don't check in on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Read all the listing and rules The space Private room in a well-lit, airy, clean apartment on a high floor with a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset; located within a residential condominium in the Butantã neighborhood. The space is cozy and quiet. Bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms shared only with me and, eventually, one more guest from the other room. Despite the skyscrapers, the region is well wooded. The street is residential and small; in the vicinity there is a restaurant, snack bar, bakery, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket and greengrocer. Everything is very close, and if you need to, there is also the Eldorado shopping mall 2 km away. Easy, quick and quiet access to walk to USP (P1), INSTITUTO BUTANTÃ, ACADEPOL, Faculdade São Judas and the subway Guest access My apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them is mine, the other 2 are individually rented (each room has its own listing to receive only one person and is private). It is not allowed to invite extra and unauthorized persons to enter the condominium, the apartment, sleep or visit. Common areas: The living room is spacious (integrated living and dining room). In this space, I have my little corner for studying and reading. There is a table available for meals. One shared bathroom. The kitchen is not available for cooking, but if necessary you can use the microwave to heat meals and use the refrigerator to store food and beverages. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are available. Filtered water without ice and ice water are always available. For long-term stays: you can use the washing machine for your own clothes once a week, soap must be liquid and purchased by the guest. Eliminate the weight of the suitcase: the accommodation includes clean bed linen, bath towels and blankets, so there is no need to worry, and the change is made weekly by me. Keeping it clean and organized, just as you found it, are basic requirements of good education and coexistence.
