A fully stocked kitchen with Vulcan stove and breakfast bar. A king size bed and air conditioning in the master bedroom. Beautiful stone shower in the master bathroom. There is a king bed, queen bed, air conditioning and full bathrooms in the two lower bedrooms. Solar panels and Tesla powerwalls are installed for backup energy. The space Upstair bedroom (primary bedroom): king size, a/c, sliding glass door to deck, en suite bathroom. Lower bedroom 1: Queen bed, a/c, coffee maker, sliding glass door that leads to a covered deck, mini fridge, private entrance and en suite bathroom. Lower bedroom 2: King bed, a/c, coffee maker, sliding glass door that leads to a covered deck, mini fridge, private entrance and en suite bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is connected to the main floor/ kitchen. The two lower bedrooms are connected and accessed from the outside of the house (you must walk outdoors to go upstairs into the main living/ kitchen area) Guest access Please know that rates are adjusted based on the number of bedrooms that are needed. Therefore, if you have 4 guests and need all 3 bedrooms, change your occupancy to "6," otherwise we will only provide you with 2 bedrooms with a 4 person occupancy. The bedrooms that aren't used during your stay are locked. We do not rent out the other bedrooms to guests if you don't book the entire home. If the right information is not given to us at the time of booking guests run the risk of either not having access to all of the bedrooms or being charged accordingly at time of arrival. Other things to note Maintenance & operations: We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to television, wifi, satellite/cable service, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Air Conditioning or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions of any utilities or appliance including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, telephone service, etc. Please report inoperative equipment right away and we will make every effort to have repairs done as quickly as possible during reasonable hours. Speed of service cannot be guaranteed due to our reliance on island services, repair and utility companies. Cancellation policy: In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 15% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travelers’ insurance. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
