The space ✨ The Country House – Your dream getaway next to the majestic lake in Panajachel ✨ Enjoy the comfort and warmth of this fully equipped country house, ideal for families, friends or couples looking to relax in a natural environment. 🏡 Indoor spaces: • Cozy living room with large windows that fill the house with natural light and views of the garden. • Modern cypress wood kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals (includes hot water in the dishwasher). • 3 bedrooms: • Master bedroom with king size bed, full private bathroom and direct access to the garden. • Two additional bedrooms each with their own full bathroom inside the room. 🌿 Outdoor area: Relax under a rustic-style pergola, perfect for reading, sharing with friends, or simply enjoying tranquility and nature. 📶 Amenities included: • Free WiFi throughout the house (100 Mbps, fiber optic) • Complete sanitization after each stay, for your safety and that of our team. ⚠️ Important information: • The rate varies depending on the number of guests. Please enter the exact number of guests before booking. • Children over 2 years of age count as additional guests. • Extra guests at check-in: US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 per night. 👥 Visitors • Visitors must be previously authorized at reception and may only enter during restricted hours, check with Reception. • Each authorized visitor must leave a personal identification document or a cash deposit of US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 at the front desk, which will be returned upon departure. Guest access 🚤 Guest Access: At The Country House, you’ll enjoy complimentary kayaks available upon your arrival, which can be requested at Reception with our staff. Kayak use is available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., always subject to the lake’s weather conditions at the time. The public beach is located right in front of the property, and Lake Atitlán is only 30 meters away, separated only by a small road. 📍 Just a 10-minute drive or tuk-tuk ride will take you to the town of Panajachel, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, handicraft shops, and colorful local markets. 🛶 If you’d like, you can also hire a private boat right in front of the house to explore the lake and visit its charming villages. 🤝 Upon your arrival, our reception staff will be happy to recommend activities and special places to visit. 💦♨️ The use of the jacuzzi has a cost of US$35.00 or Q250.00 for 3 continuous hours. Payment must be made in cash at Reception when requested. The jacuzzi is kept empty and sanitized. To prepare it, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance, as it is filled with drinking well water and heated with electricity. The jacuzzi is available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The latest time to request its use is 5:00 p.m.
