In addition to the convenient, central location, guests will surely enjoy the common area pool and hot tub and free underground parking. Stoney Creek Sunpath #42 was considerably updated in 2020 including a modern kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and stone countertops. This property is situated on three floors with a ground level entry into a tiled mudroom with a bench and ski racks. The main level features an open plan, living room, dining room and kitchen with a large balcony overlooking the forested area at the rear of the complex.
