The La Palapa condominiums above and connected to La Palapa, the world famous restaurant, is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasure of Puerto Vallarta's infamous Los Muertos Beach. We are located in the heart of the most beautiful and desirable area of Puerto Vallarta's 'Old Town' (Zona Romantica). The area is lined with cobblestone streets that are abundant with sidewalk and beachfront cafes along with a profuse variety of markets and artisan shops nearby. We offer two bedrooms, both furnished with luxurious king-size beds (may be split for two single beds) complete with air conditioning and adjoining Mexican modernized bathrooms. We have a fully-equipped modernized kitchen along with a spacious dining room. Our balcony overlooks Los Muertos beach and the pier. One can often observe dolphins and whales in the bay. Our favorite is watching the spectacular sunsets descend. Our roof-top recreation area is equipped with rest rooms, sun deck, seating areas in shade with a beautiful private swimming pool with an amazing panoramic view of the beach, Los Arcos islands and ALL of Puerto Vallarta. In our piece of paradise we have little need for a vehicle and rarely use a taxi. As most everything is within walking distance. If needed, you can pick up a bus to any part of Puerto Vallarta. PLEASE NOTE: Housekeeping Service is included with your rental six days a week except Sundays and holidays. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you tip the housekeeper at the end of your stay. We suggest $3 USD per day per person. Also, 24 hour security and door man.
