Nice room in a beautiful house in a very safe neighborhood, walking distance to downtown coral gables , very close to the airport and surrounding neighborhoods: Coconut Grove and Brickell Free trolley close by, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very safe and secure area. The space One bedroom on second floor with queen size bed. Room is equipped with small desk, television, portable fan, side table, and mini fridge. As well as dresser and clothing rack available. Please note room is on second floor to the left on the top of stairs and guest bathroom is on the first floor. For guests staying longer than a week, room and bathroom cleaning is provided. Guest access • Kitchen for microwave use and coffee/tea. No for cooking. Able to use breakfast area for eating. • Backyard available and can smoke in the garden area. • Bedroom is located on second floor of home and bathroom is located on first floor next to the front door of home.
