Enjoy morning coffee and fresh, quiet air. Take a $15 Uber ride downtown to sight see. Head to the deck with loungers to soak up the afternoon sun. Take a few moments to send emails from the secluded desk area with free wifi. Eat dinner in our open concept dining room and kitchen. The bay window overlooks the large back yard. From there, head out to the back patio or the fire pit. Both the screened porch and back patio feature accent lights for additional ambiance. Take advantage of free on-site laundry. Finally, crawl into extremely comfortable beds for a restful slumber. Our home is also a smart home. The front door lock, thermostat, and security system are all connected to a main touchscreen panel. As an example, when the front door is unlocked the security system is disarmed and the heat or air conditioning immediately turns on. Guest access The whole house and yard is yours to enjoy! Other things to note I will do everything I possibly can to accommodate an early check-in (upon request) but cannot guarantee it. I will need time to have the house cleaned and linens washed in the event there are guests checking out and other guests checking in on the same day. The charge for an early check in is $10 per hour earlier than the 3PM standard check in time. I will not charge anything, of course, until I can be sure an early check in can be accommodated.
