Oh but it is so worth the extra distance to enjoy your home away from home which includes a 1900 sq. ft. split entry home (there are some steps) on 7 acres with mowed trails, for your beautiful peaceful countryside enjoyment. We are located about 14 miles from our great Husker Nation University of Nebraska campus, Pinnacle Bank Arena and the finest dining and entertainment at the Haymarket. The Lincoln Airport and Duncan Aviation are about 13 miles away Both routes are all paved but the last 1/10th of a mile is gravel. Nearby is a 1800 acre lake the largest in eastern Nebraska and less than one mile from 1 very popular winery. You will have access to the entire house ( we do have a couple of areas that are locked) and the 7 acres. We provide a keyless entry for self checking in. There will be no interaction with the owner but we will be available if needed Enjoy your privacy I do need to disclose that we are in the flight lane for the Lincoln Airport. The airport is very small so there isn't a lot of traffic. On certain days/evenings the Air National Guard will practice their flights. This is actually really special to see the planes. Since we are in the country we do have bugs, mosquitos, spiders, ticks, snakes mice, deer, coyotes, foxes and many other critters. We do spray for bugs and mosquitos and try to make it as pleasant as possible for your enjoyment.
