The space This newly remodeled studio will provide you a comfortable place to stay on the ground floor of a well kept Craftsman home in the Elmwood. Care has been taken to design an aesthetically pleasing environment for you to relax and enjoy your visit. PLEASE NOTE ***The family who owns the house lives upstairs and has 2 boys. Footsteps and movement will most likely be heard anytime after 7am. It's important guests be aware of this.*** The studio is equipped with coffee/tea service as well as a refrigerator and a microwave. There is a corner store a block away where you can purchase other items you many need. Because there is no kitchen, you will need to wash dinnerware in the bathroom sink. The studio also has a gas fireplace with remote, perfect for cold evenings. And the TV is equipped with Roku TV for you to login with your own password. There is no cable TV. There is wifi at the house and a nice work area if you need to get some work done at the house. HOT WATER: Due to the attic location of the water heater, it takes 3-5 min for the water to heat up in the sink and shower. Please be aware of this. For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and follow the House Rules. Guest access Guests have their own access and are able to lock and secure the door to their room. No space is shared with the owners. The Studio is completely private. Other things to note I have a hosting company that is available 24 hours a day for any emergencies or concerns during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you.
