We take great care in ensuring the safety of our guests by frequently cleaning and disinfecting commonly touched surfaces such as light switches, door locks, cabinet handles, closets, and remote controls before and during your stay. Our priority is to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our spacious house is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring plenty of windows to allow for fresh air and natural light. With two living rooms, a front park, and an indoor patio, you'll have plenty of room to relax and unwind. The house has two floors, with most of the bedrooms located on the second floor, accessible by two staircases. We offer four independent rooms that accommodate up to 12 people with four double beds, one semi-double, and three single beds. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot water shower, a telephone for local or landline calls, closets, Cable TV, DirecTV Satellite, and complimentary 24-hour Wi-Fi (two networks of 300 Mgb). Additionally, we provide complimentary coffee throughout your stay. Located in a tranquil and safe area in the heart of the city, we are close to many places of interest, such as the Virgilio Barco Library, Campin Soccer Stadium, Movistar Arena, Simón Bolívar Park, Corferias, G12 convention center, and just two minutes from the American Embassy, Galerías, and Gran Estacion Mall where you can enjoy shopping, bars, and nightlife. Parking is available in front of the house without restrictions, but garage availability is limited to small vehicles due to the narrow and low space. Please note that large meetings, parties, or social events that disrupt the order and tranquility of the house and neighborhood are not allowed. You can expect a safe and welcoming family environment, with hospitality similar to that of being at home.
