Guest access The condominium offers excellent amenities for all ages: a gym, game room, reading lounge, and a kids’ club. Take your pick between two stunning pools—sunbathe on the rooftop loungers next to the infinity pool, or cool off in the main pool when you need a break from the sun. After your workout in the gym, unwind in one of the lounge areas while the little ones have fun at the kids’ club. There’s always a perfect spot to relax or enjoy yourself. The location couldn’t be better: just two blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. During your stay, guests must wear the identification wristband provided by management at all times, which confirms your registration on the property. Visitor access is subject to the maximum occupancy of the unit: – If your reservation is for 1 person, 1 visitor is allowed. – If your reservation is for 2 people, no visitors are permitted. To use the parking area, prior registration at the reception desk is required, where you will receive a parking pass to identify your vehicle. The rooftop pool is reserved exclusively for adults, while the main pool is designated for family use. Important information: We can offer a late check-out if you need it.
