My place is close to Rittenhouse Square, Center City, University of Pennsylvania, the Italian Market, and lots of great restaurants and bars on South Street. You’ll love it here because of the free street parking outside, the safe family-oriented neighborhood, and the great company! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pretty much anyone staying in Philly! Jenn and I are happy to recommend local attractions, cook a meal together, or stay out of your way! The space Our apartment is on the first floor of a renovated row home in Graduate Hospital. We have a finished basement which contains our kitchen, living room, and storage. Your bedroom is on the upper level and is furnished with a queen bed, night table, bookshelf, and rocking chair! Guest access You'll have full access to our apartment, except for our bedroom. This includes our kitchen space its equipment as well as our living room with table, sofa, and sound system. During your stay Jenn and I are here to help any way we can with your trip! As we are frequent tourists ourselves, we tend to know about the little things that can make your visit the slightest bit more enjoyable.
