Eight years have passed since the beginning of the project and hundreds of fruit trees and walnuts have been planted over the course of the project, made of dozens of vegetable and aromatic gardens. This is how we continue on the way to self-sustainability with new projects going on. Ritmo Del Río's restaurant brings authentic, innovative, international and traditional flavors to the table with a different daily menu. Our inspiration to spice up our food comes from many parts of the world, yet much of the food comes from local sources - from our own crop , from neighbors, or from an organic farm near the village. All our dishes are designed to use the freshest and richest ingredients from the harvest. Our menu changes daily, always offering a variety of offers for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. We have vegetarian and vegan options. The Bar El Ritmo Del Río Bar is committed to quality and creativity. We maintain a selection of domestic and imported beer, wines and spirits. All bases for our cocktails are made fresh and we only use high quality spirits. We have a variety of whiskey, rum and tequilas for those who want to enjoy some quality during their stay.
