The space The 800m2 house that rests on the most private corner of the Condominium in a TopSpot Location with an amazing view of the mountains and valley. 14 guests are allowed and can confortably sleep in 3 Rooms* (one with A/C) and 6 Full Bathrooms. House maids charge 100.000 COP per day. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. *Two rooms remain closed and three rooms available for guests. Guest access Guests have access to all of the property and all of its amenities except horses, sauna and pozo/lago which are not pictured of offered in the listing. There are only 3 out 5 rooms available for rent. Other things to note Please note, the cleanning fee and the maid service fee are two different fees. The cleanning fee charged trough Airbnb covers the preparation of the house prior to you arrival and the cleaning of it after your departure. The house maids charge inlude their work during your stay and you will pay them directly before checkout. House maids charge 90,000 COP per day. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. Any additional suggestion or requierments, transportation, extra maids, etc, let us know and we will help you if possible. We want your stay to be memorable! Check-out time is strictly enforced.
