The Dunes is a beautifully furnished, family friendly home with spectacular beach views. Located one house back from the beach, with ocean views east and inter-coastal views to the west. Sip your morning coffee on the spacious third floor deck and watch the sunrise. Fall asleep in the luxurious master bedroom to the sound of the ocean. The home can easily accommodate large families, with flexible sleeping arrangements and plenty of beds. The space Imagine waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the third floor deck. There are so many options here at The Dunes. Enter using the smart lock and immediately head up stairs to the living areas. The second floor hosts all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The third floor hosts the living room, kitchen, half bath and stunning east facing deck. Second Floor: Enter the master suite through double doors. Inside these double doors you will find the master bedroom, master bathroom and an additional den/TV room. The master bedroom is a quiet retreat on the east side of the home, with a king size bed and lovely en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. With views of the ocean from the master, you may not want to get out of bed in the morning. Off the master bedroom is a den/ TV room with day bed (twin) and pull out trundle bed (twin) that can sleep two people. Step down the hall way and find the second bedroom with two queen sized memory foam mattresses. The third bedroom faces the west and has a king memory foam bed that you will love. There are french doors leading to a small sitting patio where you can watch the sunset over the inter-coastal. Third Floor: Continue up stairs to the third floor, where you find a lovely half bath and the washer dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There are two counter height stools in the kitchen, and a small dining table that seats four. From here you can step onto a small sitting patio that faces west for spectacular sunsets. The living room has a spacious and comfortable couch, facing a fireplace and a large TV. Large glass doors open onto the spacious deck. Off the living room is a cozy dining room. Large glass doors open onto the large deck. On the deck, you will have the most lovely ocean breeze, with spectacular ocean views. Comfortable patio furniture with plenty of seating means you can spend most of your time looking at the ocean. The garage has parking for two cars. Several beach cruiser bikes are available for your stay as well. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and towels. And the beach is literally steps away. Guest access All spaces are accessible to guests. There is a locked owners closet is the guest bedroom that is not accessible. Other things to note Beach access is just steps from our property. There are dune walk-overs to the north and south of our home. There is also car access just one block south, at Minnie Street (4WD only). You have full use of the garage, the gas BBQ grill and several beach bikes. Plenty of beach toys, towels, chairs and for guests.
