USER FEE: The Piazza Di Roma Condominium is charging a common user fee (bracelet fee) of R$ 10.00 per person. MANDATORY payment at check-in, in cash, PIX, credit and debit cards. The fee is valid for the entire stay and is non-refundable in case of early departure. Failure to pay the fee prevents check-in, and the stay cannot be refunded. △ Voltage 220 Volts; △ The use of any type of barbecue and any item that is used for smoking, such as cigarettes, cigars, pipes and hookahs inside the flat is prohibited. In case of non-compliance, a fine of R$500.00 will be charged and the access cards to the leisure complex will be blocked; △ Animals of any size are PROHIBITED; △ Towels or any other piece of the trousseau, stained will be charged R$100.00 per piece; △ Parties and/or events are PROHIBITED △ Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am; △ PROHIBITED to bring food and beverages to the pools ***ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: △ No bed and bath linens (blanket, sheet, pillowcase, rug and towel) are included. Bed and bath linens can be brought or rented (R$ 100.00 FEE) during the entire stay, without daily changes, and WITHOUT pool towels and blankets.
