The space The house is very large, airy, plenty of outdoor space for children to play, swimming pool, pizza oven, barbecue and game room, tree house and toys in the outdoor area. Guest access The housekeepers will be waiting to hand over the keys and give you more information. Other things to note HOUSE RULES – READ CAREFULLY 1. PETS Additional for PETS - 100.00/Pet Pets are not allowed on sofas, beds, or in the pool. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of R$300.00 will be charged. Collect pets' waste outdoors. 2. SOUND AND COEXISTENCE Loud noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. according to article 1277 (Law of Silence) Sound walls, robust amplified boxes or any equipment that causes disturbance to neighbors are prohibited. 3. EVENTS AND VISITORS More than 16 people of any age will have an additional fee of 50.00/Additional person. In case of Day Use parties, an additional charge will be levied – R$300.00. Extra visits must be informed in advance. The property is exclusive to the number of guests informed at the time of booking. 4. DAMAGES AND LIABILITIES Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, utensils or objects will be charged at market value. Damaged bedding, sofas, mattresses (irreversible stains, burns, etc.) will also be charged. Do not remove furniture or objects from their place without authorization. 5. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Respect the agreed time of arrival. If you need to change it, please let us know in advance. In case of late check-out without prior notice, an additional fee may be charged. 6. WATER AND ENERGY Use water conscientiously to avoid shortages. Do not use more than 2 showers simultaneously to avoid tripping the circuit breaker. Turn off lights and fans when not in the room. 7. POOL Glass (cups, bottles) are not allowed in the pool area. The use of cans, plastic or acrylic cups is mandatory. Children may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult. Do not place products, dyes or items that could damage the filters. 8. CLEANING AND ORGANIZATION The quality of the water depends on its use, do not urinate in the pool, if you use sunscreen or suntan lotion, please use the shower and remove the excess product before using the pool. Keep the house organized during the stay. Garbage must be disposed of properly in the bags and places indicated. When leaving, return the house in proper conditions of use. Game room, after use, store all items in their proper places. 9. SAFETY The owner is not responsible for forgotten belongings. 10. GENERAL PROHIBITIONS No smoking inside the house. Use outdoor areas. Any type of firearm is prohibited on the premises. It is forbidden to go up to the house while wet (to avoid accidents and damage). 11. PERSONAL USE ITEMS We do not provide blankets, pillows, bath towels, soap, shampoo or any toiletries. Guests are responsible for bringing these items for their stay. NOTE: In case of non-compliance with the rules, there may be additional fees.
