Brand new duplex with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and common areas. It has a beautiful ocean view and you can get there in 5 minutes by walking. It is located around traditional restaurants and stores. The space We have several common spaces like the kitchen including all utensils for cooking and a breakfast bar. We also have a laundry zone, with a washing machine and a space to air-dry the clothes. The living room has a TV with cable service, a dining table and couches.
