The flat at the Bossa Nova Hotel is a small apartment consisting of a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and small balcony. The hotel operates in the building, but all services (cleaning, breakfast, parking and room service) are NOT included in the price, but can be negotiated at the reception. All common areas are available to guests according to the hotel's rules of use. We provide bed linens for a couple, 2 towels and pillows. We DO NOT provide toiletries. Important: Although the apartment is in the building where the hotel operates, the room is *NOT* part of the hotel pool. Each owner decided whether to join the pool or not, and we chose to manage the apartment on our own, so we can offer a lower daily rate than the hotel, but we do not offer hotel services. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire common area of the building, including the rooftop with the panoramic pool.
