The space This listing is for two identical studios in a Palermo Hollywood building that used to work as a top-rated boutique hotel. For the listed price you'll get two separate studio condo units, one on the 3rd floor and the other on the 4th, each with a king bed (that can be split into two twins) and a full bathroom. This is the perfect setup for two couples, or groups of friends or family, as you'll be close but keep the privacy and independence of having your own independent apartments. You will enjoy high-quality furnishings akin to a top-rated boutique hotel with the lower cost and convenience of renting apartments, while you stay in one of Buenos Aires' favorite locations in a building with gym and other amenities. Each studio features the following amenities: • A comfortable king bed (1.80 x 1.90 cm / 71 x 75 inch) that can be split into two twins (90 x 1.90 cm / 35 x 75 inch each) if desired. • Full bath. Towels and linens are provided. • Lovely wide French balcony with lots of light. (French balconies are those where the rails are directly behind the window pane.) • Table and three chairs. • 32-inch TV with complimentary Netflix, YouTube and news channels, and optional DirecTV (satellite) for a very small extra cost per night. • Complimentary high-speed WiFi and wired internet access in the studios. Complimentary Wifi in the lobby. • Built-in desk with desk lamp and international phone, to make free calls to most cities in the world and use as an intercom between the studios (if you require inbound calls please ask). • Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric range, pots, pans, plates, eating and cooking utensils. • Cleaning utensils, hair dryer, umbrella, first-aid kit, makeup-removal kit. • Built-in cabinets with lots of storage space. • Electronic safe. • Hanging rack, iron and ironing board in one of the studios. Guest access Our guests have exclusive use of both studios and access to the building's shared amenities: • Onsite small fitness center. • 8th floor rooftop with tables and chairs. • 7th floor solarium with outside showers. • Self-serve token-operated laundry. Tokens are purchased at a drugstore across the street and other nearby shops. There is also a lovely café-bistro right across the street, perfect for breakfast and light meals. Other things to note • Our check-in time begins at 3 pm and our check-outs are until 12 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge; please ask. • Our regular check-in and check-out hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. We can meet our guests outside of these hours but we have a US$ 18 off-hour charge. • Cleaning before and after your stay are included in the rate.
