This 70m2 apartment has a spacious living and a big veranda with great views over the garden and the ocean. The 2 suites have their own bathroom. It's located in a quiet area of Guajiru, steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops in the village. The coastline is famous for its wind and surf conditions, great for kitesurfing. The space BEACH VILLA Camurupim is a small condominium in Guajiru of just 4 modern apartments, 2 bungalows and a studio. It's a one of a kind in the wide area, and was created under Dutch architecture. The very spacious apartments have all modern facilities you require for a pleasant stay. Every apartment has 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and private veranda. Every apartment has a spacious livingroom with a fully equiped kitchen. Because of the big sliding doors of glass you always have spectacular views over the ocean, garden and the wide area. The ‘mirante’ on the rooftop is accessible for all, and provides amazing views for a beautiful sunrise or sunset. In front of the apartments we have a big garden with the swimmingpool. In the cosy patio, located behind the apartments, you will find the common area with barbecue and terrace. And if you want some privacy or a small retreat to read a book you can pick one of the hammocks in the garden. Or you can use a quiet place in the garden to do your yoga exercise. For the kitesurfers we have special boxes to store your gear, dry and safely.
