Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months. The space Other things to note: Our property is a great base to explore the surrounding areas of Western NY, including Niagara Falls, the Amish countryside, Holiday Valley, and Buffalo, as well as Zoar Valley and Cattaraugus Creek, located right in Gowanda. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people, maximum of two people per bedroom. Extra charges of $99 per night per guest over the maximum will be charged unless authorized by the owner in advance. Guest access The entire home and yard is yours to enjoy. There will be no other guests on the property. Other things to note Newcomers are welcome, however you must be verified with government ID and a profile photo.
