Near La Barra, Manantiales is a quiet neighbourhood between Punta del Este and Jose Ignacio. Our apartment is within Selenza Village, which offers swimming pool and gym on the premises. The balcony offers a beautiful sea-view and has a barbecue grill, dining table and lounge chairs. You can see the beach from the master bedroom without getting out of bed, while the other bedrooms offer pool-side views. There are top-notch restaurants and a shopping area within walking distance (3 to 5 blocks). The space Manantiales beach is right across the street, or you can drive your car to Jose Ignacio or Punta del Este (20 minutes drive without traffic).
