Description

Room with one queen and one small double bed, ideal for 3 guests. There are shelves to store your belongings, and desk and chair to work, with WIFI access in the room. The room is in a beautiful villa where you’ll find the kitchen and shared spaces such as dining area, Livingroom, Yoga space, and home theatre with plenty of hammocks to relax. Two cats reside in the house. The space All interior spaces are protected by glass or mosquitos’ nets, so if you are careful to always close the doors, you will not be bothered by mosquitoes. You will have a access to 4000sqm of garden with a stunning view over the valley, especially for sunrise. In the house, you’ll have access to a large open area including kitchen, lounge, dining area, and home cinema. You’ll have access to a garden with spectacular view over the sunrise and a garden filled with hummingbirds, Toucans and sometimes monkeys that pass in front ... And diametrically opposite to this face, is the street from where moto taxis pass constantly and take you everywhere in Town. In the mornings one can observe couples of Toucans come to land on the Cecropias, vultures that stretch their wings before beginning their daily ascent to the voluminous clouds that crown the valley, and hummingbirds that rush from flower to flower plunging their beak In the tubular corolla to get a sip of nectar. The building consists of two separate rooms, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. The building is rustic but fully protected against mosquitoes through fine mesh or walls. Doors lock with keys. The quiet magic of the place is sometimes interrupted by the Latin music that some people in the neighbourhood like to listen loud, especially on Saturdays. Fortunately, in the mornings, the mist rises slowly revealing magically fragments of forests and clearings that the rising sun blesses. All the property has wifi. Guest access The room will be exclusively for you and you’ll have a key to lock it. You will have free access to the kitchen (with your own storage), dining room, and garden, compromising yourself to respect the internal rules of the house. The house may be shared with others part of the year, mainly biologists who conduct research about regeneration of tropical forests in the area. There is also a large washing sink for laundry, as well as the garden and its Tambito, which are shared with the host. During your stay I or someone else will meet you and show you the place and give the keys so you can be autonomous. One of us will never be far, and you will have our number, so you'll be able to get in touch in case you need. For your departure, we will meet again to say goodbye and retrieve the keys. Other things to note Beware that neighbours like to put music during the day, so you will probably hear cumbia and salsa. Bear in mind that your room doesn’t have a private bathroom, so you will use the house bathroom. There is one bathroom for the 3 rooms, just outside of the house. Two cats reside in the house
