Enjoy a few days with family or friends in this beautiful residence overlooking Lake Chapala. Located in San Juan Cosalá, a few minutes from gastronomic places such as Piedra Barrenada, Ajijic with its artistic vibes and Chapala to take a tour of its emblematic esplanade full of life. The space The property has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed, TV and full bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, TV and full bathroom, air conditioning in each room, a TV room with a double single bed (one bed slides down the bottom), a second floor terrace with a seating area, a ground floor with a living room, dining room and terrace with a small table and barbecue, as well as a private heated pool for the exclusive use of those staying in the property. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the property, and can use the pool and barbecue. Other things to note We do not have internet or sky at the moment, an apology! for the inconvenience caused! As a recommendation, we suggest that you bring towels for the pool (we have towels for personal use in the bathrooms) and we also recommend bringing repellent. Remember that the Chapala area is an ENDEMIC area for flies, spiders and scorpions. Even though houses are sprayed weekly, they can never be completely eradicated. Scorpions enter through sewers and drains, so it's important to always keep drains and sinks closed.
