Just steps from the Malecón Cisneros, from where you can enjoy magnificent ocean views on a beautiful 30-minute walk to the iconic Larcomar, or to the Bridge of Sighs in Barranco (1 hour 20 minutes). Ideal for discovering the best restaurants in Miraflores and Barranco, and with quick access to the beach, surf schools, and parapuerto (paragliding). It has 400mbps internet for those who need to work during their trip. The space The apartment is very cozy and spacious (70 m2). It is well furnished and equipped for you to spend a great stay feeling as if you were at home. It is located in Miraflores, the tourist neighborhood of Lima, which in addition to being a safe place where you can go out in peace at all times, offers innumerable attractions either on foot or by bicycle. It consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a two-seater sofa bed, a dining room and a complete bathroom with a clothes washer-dryer machine. The apartment is rented with bedding, towels and kitchenware. Additionally, we have a playpen/crib for small babies (up to 12 months) that can be used with prior coordination. Guest access The building has a permanent concierge (24x7). The common area with swimming pool, BBQ and fronton court are available without any charge. Also, a reception room can be used to receive short visits if required. All common areas can be used prior coordination with the building's concierge.
