The Aggie Barn is located in a restful country setting just outside of Stillwater. Our property is approximately eight miles from the OSU campus and Boone Pickens Stadium. The "barn" has a large living area with a full kitchen, and a front porch perfect for downtime. We love our country paradise and can't wait to share it with you. There is a short gravel/dirt road that goes past our home to the guest quarters. You can see our house from the front of the barn, so you may see us around. The barn is decorated with items from our travels and our favorite universities, Texas A&M and OSU. Your group is welcome to use the basketball court attached to the living quarters. We will be nearby if you have any questions, while respecting your privacy. There are two king size beds with memory foam mattresses, and space for air mattresses. That is why we say the listing accommodates eight people. Perfect for two couples and children using air mattresses. We are in a small country neighborhood with eight homes. Each home is on 5 to 10 acres. We are just a mile off of Highway 51 so access to OSU and Stillwater is easy. You will have access to two bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen and the living area. You will not have access to one room and the shop. Our home is right next to the barn, so we will be available as needed, while also respecting your privacy. Our neighborhood is located in a country setting, with plenty of trees and wildlife. We often see deer and wild turkeys. The short road we live on is scheduled for repairs this year. Currently there’s about 1/4 mile if road with potholes right before you get to our house. It’s drivable - we drive it daily. Just a heads up!
