Vintage Little Pink Cottage

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed. The space The kitchen is good size with laundry facilities and a small kitchen table and chairs. The rooms are not huge but fully functional, a small room off the bathroom has a huge closet. All the rooms have wood blinds, living room and bedroom have Berber carpet. There is a field to the west, a huge field behind us and a very quiet neighbor to the east. Guest access Guest have their own off street parking down the driveway to the back door. Other things to note To also note the steps up to the house are a little steep a person with mobility issues may have difficulty getting up the stairs both front and back.
