Beautiful View: Apartment with balcony and garden

The space Our apartments are very well located close to the main road, behind a restaurant with shop and are on the first floor of the long building of our hostel BEAUTIFUL VIEW TUMBACO. Apartment with a balcony. The apartment has a living room with an integrated kitchen and a dining table. View from the balcony extends over the orchard to the family home and adjacent neighborhood, as well as part of the nearest town of Cumbaya. One separate bedroom with attached bath (great shower, toilet, sink) completes the apartment. The large terrace with panoramic views by day and the nearby canopy at night is at your disposal. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. Bus stops are very close. Taxi call, car rental, information, tours, services upon request, nothing is impossible. Adjacent is the Swiss Corner Restaurant with own production bakery / pastry / sausages. Swiss Corner Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dinner, but closes around 7:30 pm. Opening hours are from Mondays to Fridays from 7:00 am to 7:30 am, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. We gladly recommend Sunday brunch after 8:30 am. There are more restaurants nearby. Our dogs Tony, Toby, and Jojo live here, too. All three may not enter the guests' living areas, but are allowed to use the entire garden between the house and the guests' home. Other things to note The special, warm and balanced climate of Tumbaco is exceptional for a stay at an altitude of 2400m. Airport is 25 minutes by car, Quito too. For example, by bus or car: - the volcanic hot springs of Papallacta at 3500m altitude can be reached in 45 - 60 minutes. - in the center of the land is about 1 hour - Mindo, a very special place to admire, for example, hummingbirds, the extraordinary variety of butterflies, as well as river water sports, is very popular there. Mindo is about 2 hr. drive - In Guayaquil, an express bus from Quito takes about 8 hours, a plane about 50 minutes. From there by bus to the beaches of Montañita on the Ruta del Sol, another 3 hours must be calculated. Bus connections in Ecuador are very good. In the long distances there are modern and comfortable buses. More routes can be reached from any major city. It's important to keep in mind longer travel times. Ecuador has a well-developed road network, but due to the mountainous landscapes the travel times are longer. Entrance to Ecuador is possible for 3 months with a valid passport. A possible 6-month extension must be requested in writing at the immigration office and costs about $200.
